Fitness has always been a part of Caleigh's life through yoga, running, swimming, cycling, volleyball, and more. During the Spring of 2011 Caleigh was looking for a better way to strength train than seemingly aimless back/bi and chest/tri days. During her first community WOD at CrossFit Hyperformance, she found what she was looking for and so much more. Completely hooked by the engaging mental and physical challenges of CrossFit she began to experience positive changes in her fitness level and life outside the gym like she'd never seen before. Inspired to share this with others, Caleigh continues to further her fitness education.
She loves the Girl WODs "Nancy," "Grace" and "Karen" and WODs with multiple AMRAPS.
