Group classes instructed by certified and qualified Crossfit Coaches are the heart of what we do at CrossFit Hyperformance. Getting stronger, fitter, and faster than ever can be a lot more exciting with a group to help push you through a hard workout. Class Schedule
In its most simple definition, Crossfit training is constantly varied funcational movement at (relative) high intensity. It combines gymnastics (controlling your body through space), weightlifting (controlling external objects through space), and metabolic conditioning (running, rowing, jump rope, etc). Our goal is to teach you proper mechanics in human movement, consistently, before adding intensity.
We strive to prepare our athletes for the unknowable, whatever life may throw their way, through development of the 10 General Physical Skills: Cardiorespiratory Endurance, Power, Strength, Stamina, Speed, Agility, Flexibility, Balance, Accuracy, and Coordination.

Greg Glassman's World-Class Fitness in 100 Words
"Eat meat and vegetables, nuts and seeds, some fruit, little starch and no sugar. Keep intake to levels that will support exercise butnot body fat. Practice and train major lifts: Deadlift, clean, squat, presses, C&J, and snatch. Similarly, master the basics of gymnastics: pull-ups, dips, rope climb, push-ups, sit-ups, presses to handstand, pirouettes, flips, splits, and holds. Bike, run, swim, row, etc, hard and fast. Five or six days per week mix these elements in as many combinations and patterns as creativity will allow. Routine is the enemy. Keep workouts short and intense. Regularly learn and play new sports."
