In town for a bit and need to get your ﬁx?
We’d love to have you come sweat with us! Visitors should have at least 6 months experience with the common movements below or know exactly how to modify them, should be aware of their max lifts numbers, and knowledgeable in gymnastics progressions. If you do not meet the above criteria we suggest a few personal training appointments during your time instead of group classes. Our members covered all the below movements in fundamentals and thus the coaches will expect you know them too.
Common movements: Rowing, Running, Jump Rope, Squats, Pushups, Handstands, Pullups, Box Jumps, Ring dips, Kettlebell Swings, Wall balls, Deadlifts, Front/Back/Overhead Squats, Cleans, Presses, Jerks, Snatches, Rope Climb, Muscle-ups (rings and bar)

Rules for Out of Town Visitors:
VISITORS MUST Register and PAY IN ADVANCE.
Arrive at least 10 minutes before the start of your class time.
WE DO NOT OFFER OPEN GYM for visitors.
