High School Classes spend equal amounts of time on movement prep, strength, and conditioning components. Strength programming follows a linear progression. New athletes can jump in at any time. Ask us about a free week trial.
Class Times: Tues, Thurs 3:30 - 4:20 pm
Cost: $120 per 10 pack of sessions,
20% discount with an adult package
