About The Program:

The Hyperformance Athletics Middle School and High School programs lay the foundation for both athletic performance and a lifetime love of health and fitness. 

We develop athletes to be well rounded in all 10 General Physical Skills: strength, endurance, stamina, flexibility, speed, power, agility, accuracy, balance, and coordination.  If any of these skills is lacking, potential performance suffers.

Our athletes also develop strong foundational movement patterns - those found in every single sport - jumping, sprinting, pushing, pulling, and squatting.  These movements lead to faster and more powerful athletes who are more resistant to injury.   Athletes with these skills can easily apply them across all sports. 

A Metaphor For Life:

The gym is also a metaphor for life.  Our kids learn that focused effort applied over time leads to positive results.  They learn to win and to lose, and that success comes to those who keep trying.  They learn that being a part of a team yields greater rewards than the just the score. 

Nutrition and Healthy Habits:

Athletes must properly fuel and hydrate their bodies.  This is the foundation for all performance.  Students learn what balanced eating looks like, how to choose foods for maximum impact, and how to recover properly between workouts, practice, and game days.

High

School

High School Classes spend equal amounts of time on movement prep, strength, and conditioning components.  Strength programming follows a linear progression.  New athletes can jump in at any time.  Ask us about a free week trial.

FALL SCHEDULES (Beginning July 31st)

Class Times: pick 2 each week

Mon, Tues, Thurs  3:30 - 4:15 pm

Cost $105 per month, $85 per month with 6 month agreement.  Included in HPA family membership. 

Middle

School

 Middle School Classes use body weight movements, workouts, and games to develop athleticism and pair fitness with fun.  

New Athletes can jump in at any time.  Ask us about a free week trial. 

Class Times: pick 2 each week

Mon, Tues, Thurs, Fri  3:30 - 4:20 pm

Cost is $105 per month, or $85 per month with a 6 month agreement.
