Group classes are the heart of what we do at CrossFit Hyperformance. Getting stronger, fitter, and faster than ever can be a lot more exciting with a group to help push you through a hard workout, but we know it’s not always right for everyone.

If you’re looking for a more individualized approach to reaching your health and fitness goals, we offer several package options. Private sessions last around 45 minutes to an hour, are tailored to your current fitness level and goals, and will focus on building a solid foundation in functional movements under the supervision of our experienced coaching staff.
