Iso/Stab- Bench Supine hold 3 x 45s with weight if need to scale up
Gym- Ring push ups 3 x max
Strength- Deadlift 3 warm-up sets, then 3 @65%, 3 @ 70%, and Max reps @ 82.5%
Skill Transfer- Power Clean build to a heavy triple
30 Clean and Over heads with 5 Burpee OTM including the first minute
