Got trunk strength? How do you feel after the 4 Way Deadbugs yesterday?

Iso/Stab- Superman 15s>> aquaman 15 s >> Ironman 15s>> swimmers 15s x 3 sets

Gym- wide grip (palms facing feet) ring row 3 x max feet on floor

Strength- front squat 3 warm-up sets, then 3 @ 65%, 3 @ 70%, and max reps @ 82.5%

Skill Transfer- slow motion snatch balance 3 x 5 barbell only

WOD- 10 min AMRAP

5 Front Squats

10 NO push-up burpees over bar
