Workout of the Day September 12, 2014
Come out to Crossfit Boro this weekend to support your fellow CFHP athletes as they tackle Rise of the South. We have abbout 30 athletes making the trip. Visitors and spectators are more than welcome.
Strength- Bench Press (warm-up is not included) 5-5-5-5-5 sets start every 3 minutes
21 Thrusters each parnter does the entire set before other partner takes over
