Workout of the Day November 3, 2014


Happy Thanksgiving month. We are 1 RM testing this week. We want everyone to test all the days. CFHP is giving everyone an unlimited membership for the week to come in and test. Come in everyday and lift heavy. We can't wait to see you in the box.

Iso- Post-wod 3 x max time top of the back extension hold (Sorenson hold)

Gymnastics

Strength- 30 min to establish a 1 RM backsquat and 1 RM shoulder press

Skill Transfer/ Olympic

WOD: 8-12 min AMRAP

Run 100

10 KB Front Rack (scale down to goblet) Squats

8 KB Push Press (4 right + 4 left)

6 KB Swings
