Wednesday

Warm-up:

Iso/Stab: 4-way deadbugs 4 x 45sec

Gymnastics:

Strength: 4 x 50 ft weighted lunges (anywhere)

Skill Transfer/Oly:

WOD:

Row 750m

then

4 Rounds

20-30-40-50 Double Unders

20, 15, 10, 5 Power Cleans (ideally the weight increases each set)
