Strength: CAT Deadlift 5-5-5 @60%

Skill Transfer/Oly: 3-3-3 TNG Squat Clean Thruster

WOD:

2:00 AMRAP

Push Press x 5 (moderate-heavy weight)

5 Pull-ups or ring rows

Rest 1:00
