Warm-up- run focus

Iso/Stab-

Gymnastics-

Strength- CAT Front Squat 3 x 5 @ 65%, then 10 Reps with the weight closest to the collar

Skill/Oly- change of direction movement patterning. Either ladder drills or cone drills

WOD:

10 min AMRAP

First Run 400m or 800m (row if it is really cold)

Then

5 Ring Dips

10 Sit-ups

15 Air Squats
