Workout of the Day November 25, 2014


Great to see some bootcampers in class yesterday. Welcome to all the new faces.

Travel WOD: Perform 4 x 1 min static Deadbug hold.

Then, 50 Burpees, 50 Mountain Climbers, 50 Sit-ups, 50 Burpees as fast as you can.

Iso/Stab: Pre WOD- 3 Rounds of 25 sit-ups and 15 Back Extensions

Strength:

Skill/Oly: 15 min to work up to a heavy 1RM power snatch

Gymnastics:

WOD:

3 Rounds

3 Power Snatch (60% of the 2 RM)

6 Lunge Steps with snatch weight

9 TTB

12 HR Push-ups
