Box Updates Week of Dec 21st

Merry Christmas to all of our CFHP family. This week I hope everyone finds a moment or two to be fully present with the most important people in your lives. To me Christmas is about hope and humility. In the midst of last minute to do's I hope that all of you have the opportunity to savor the feelings and joy this season brings.
Programming this week - You'll see some heavy singles this week in the strength movements. These are not intended to be 1 rep maxes, just a chance to get a little heavy. Some fun benchmark workouts are also thrown into the mix this week including 300 today and 12 Days of Christmas (partner) on Friday. Some additional auxillary movements will be programmed at the gym for those of you that want to come early or stay late (up to 45 minutes before or after class).
Please note the Holiday Schedule this week: Classes each day at 7:30am, 11:30am, and 5:30pm with the following exceptions.
Christmas Eve (Wed) - no PM class, gym will close at 1:30.
Christmas Day (Thursday) we are closed.
New Year's Holiday Schedule - we will have our regular schedule next week with the following exceptions:
New Years's Eve (Wed) - no PM classes
New Years Day (Thursday) - one class at 10am - Please come on time.
Stay Awesome! This week we will host a number of out of town crossfitters visiting family as well as prospective members. New faces bring energy and fun to the mix. Please be sure to introduce yourself, help visitors find equipment, welcome them to lift with you, etc. We all help each other make this the best hour of our day.

Remember! Unlimited Guest passes are included in your membership. Your guest must be with you and is allowed to come to one regular class (after that they must sign up for a membership). This is different from Bring A Friend Days which are open to anyone (they don't have to be with you, although it's more fun) and friends can come to as many Bring A Friend Days as they like.
