Teamwork and hard work will rule the day. A twist on competition today.

MOD:

50-40-30-20-10 Double Unders

25-20-15-10-5 Sit-ups

WOD: with a partner

20 min AMRAP

Score will be calories rowed

Three teams of 2 will be placed at each rower

Team 1 will be rowing

Team 2 will be KB lunging 100'

Team 3 will rest by rower

Team 1 can only row as longas team 2 is lunging
