We are super excited to see everyone at the Beach Wod this Saturday! Be there at 9:45am and we'll wod at 10am sharp. And remember; no other classes at the gym that day.

So...how is everyone liking the new gym setup? We appreciate all your feedback and are open to more suggestions!

World's Best Boot Camp Savannah Enlistment Day was a great success!! Thank you to all of those who came in and helped us get things together.

Gymnastics Skills:

Summer Schedule:

Just a reminder about the Crossfit Kids Summer classes: This summer we will serve 3 age groups: - Elementary (Rising 1st-5th graders, ages 6-10) - Middle (rising 6th - 8th graders) - High School (Rising 9th graders) **Elementary -(classes will continue at the current time until May 23rd) Starting June 1st: >Mondays and Wednesdays: 9:15am - 10:15am >Online registration and waiver >$100 for 10 classes or $150 for the summer(until July 31st), included in Family membership plan. ** Middle School There will be a 2, 4 week blocks >Block 1 starts June 1st >Block 2 starts July 13th >Classes are Mondays and Wednesdays: 9:15am - 10:15am >$120 per 4 week block or included in Family membership plan **High School >There will be a parent/student group intro on Saturday May 30th that is mandatory(or by appointment)for high school participants from 9:45am - 11am. >Athletes showing maturity and satisfactory movement patterns will have access to our regular Crossfit classes from June 1st to July 31st. >$330 for 3x a week or included in the family membership plan.

Save The Dates:

May 9th: Beach Wod at 10am (no other classes that day)

May 25th: Memorial Day: "Murph". One workout at 9am

Instructor Training Program:

We will be doing our next 6 week Instructor Training Program in June. This is open to any Crossfit HP athlete that has a desire to coach and either has or is scheduled to take their Level 1. Join us for an interest meeting on Saturday, May 30th at noon. The program will run for 6 weeks and meet once per week. Contact Drew for more details. (drew@crossfithp.com)
