Gymnastics:

2,4,6 (seconds/reps)

Hanging Beat Hold

Hanging Arch Hold

Beat Swing

Strength:

Floor Press

15 minutes to work up to to a 5RM

WOD:

20 min Team Bergeron Beep Test

Teams of 3

EVERY MINUTE teams must complete

One person performs Thrusters

Once he/she is done the next person performs pull-ups

Then the last person performs burpees

People will rotate through the stations backward.
