EMOM for 15 min

Min 1-3 power cleans,3 front squats,3 push jerk

Min 2-2 PC, 2 FS, 2 push jerk

Min 3-1 PC, 1 FS, 1 push jerk

Min 4-3 PC, 3 FS, 3 push jerct

ect.

MOD:

Back squat

3x20 reps AFAP (135/95)

rest 2 min between sets
