We are back under the barbell this week for some "normal" lifting.

MOD: Back Squat 3-3-3-3-3

at a tempo of 32X1

working up to no more than 75%1RM

Those of you not familiar with tempo work, 32X1 reads as 3 Seconds down , 2 seconds pause at the bottom of the squat, Xcelerate up as fast as you can, 1 second pause before the next rep.

WOD: 4 -5 Rounds
