Around 50% 1 RM traditional deadlift

Work on technique and speed

WOD: 10 min AMRAP

Partner 1 does a heavy Front Rack BB hold (must be cleaned)

Partner 2 does sit-ups

when the bar drops, the partners switch

Right into :

10 min AMRAP

Partner 1 does deadlift hold (same weight)

Partner 2 does burpee pull-ups
