HERE WE GO!

Time for some heavy Singles.

MOD- Bench Press 3-2-1-1-1

Then a max set at your (3 set)

WOD- "Death by... HSPU AND TTB"

Minute 1 = 1 HSPU AND 1 TTB

Minute 2= 2/2

Minute 3= 3/3

etc... until failure. If failure happens before 10 minutes, then the WOD turns into an AMRAP at your last successful set.
