Increase Weight Min 4 rest Min 5 starts wave 2, etc...

WOD:

5 min clock 800m run, then AMRAP 9 Hang Squat Clean 25 Double Unders rest 5 min 5 min clock 400m run, then AMRAP 6 Hang Squat Clean (heavier) 25 Double Unders
