WOD:

3 total intervals

5 on 3 off Round relay 2 Rounds each 50ft OH Lunge (DB) Sit-ups x 15

Push-ups x 10 after max Dubs

Intervals today as a partner WOD. The round is relayed. After each person does 2 rounds, the team does max double unders in the remainder of 5 minutes. Then they get to rest 3 minutes and then do it again.
