Level 1-

with a partner for time

DB Snatch (35/20)

Lunge Steps

Ball Shots (14/10)

**at ANY point Coach can call your team to the Ski erg. You must stop what you are doing and perform 100m each, then continue where you left off.

Level 2-

with a partner for time

20-30-40-50

DB Snatch (50/35)

Lunge Steps

Ball Shots (20/14)

**at any point Coach WILL call your team over to perform 200m each on the Ski Erg. You must stop what you are doing, ski, then return to the WOD. You may be called more than once.
