10 min to work up to a Heavy 3 Deadlift then 10 min EMOM 7 Deads (225/155) Finish the minute with Ball Shots

Level 3

10 min to work up to a heavy 3 DL

Then,

10 min EMOM

7 Deads (275+/185+)

Max Ball Shots (30/20)
