Level 1

15 minutes to work 2 Hang Power Cleans+ 1 Power Clean Build Slowly work on perfect reps Then "Running Elizabeth" Run 400m before every round 15-12-9 Hang Power Cleans up to 95/65 Box/Diablo Dips

Level 2

Take 15 min to work up to a Heavy 2RM Power Clean "Running Elizabeth" Run 400 before EVERY Round 15-12-9 Power Cleans (135/95) Ring Dips

Level 3

Same as Level 2 but Weights are up to 185/125 Dips are the same
