HR Push-ups Air Squats High Singles OHS (PVC or Barbell max weight is 65/45)

LEVEL 2:

Couple of Couplets 4 Rounds 2 min AMRAP HSPU x 8 Air Squat x 16 right into 2 min AMRAP 32 Double Unders 8 OHS 95/65 Rest 2 min Score Each Round

LEVEL 3:

Same format as level 2, but

Strict HSPU GHD Sit-ups then 32 DUs OHS (135/95)
