HOLIDAY SCHEDULE:

Tuesday - Thursday - Classes at 6:15am, 9:00am, and 4:30pm and regular kids classes.

Friday - AM CLASSES ONLY, gym closes at 12:30pm.

Saturday - 11AM ONLY

Drew's Words of Wisdom...

It's THAT crazy week - the one between Christmas and New Year's - were all the left over sweet stuff and upcoming new year's good intentions collide. It's okay for this week to NOT be normal. But in the midst of all the whirl-wind gift giving, eating, and traveling - it's also the best time to reflect. What worked this year? How are you better now than a year ago? What learning experiences did you have? What struggles seemed hard at the time, but you grateful for now?

Take a breath. This year has been fantastic. We are a physically stronger and mentally tougher than ever before. We're tighter and more of a family than ever before.

We can't wait to celebrate this year with you on Friday at the HPA Holiday party. See you then!

Remember December Challenge - It's FINALS week. The final day to earn points is THIS THURSDAY!

  • Still many opportunities to earn points. Keep your eyes open.

  • Ongoing - Get your point for doing an SAPT with your primary coach. (Even if you have to schedule it for January).

  • Tues, Wed, Thurs - Post a pic with you and your workout buddy to your personal social media platform of choice. #teammarkhummeldorf

  • Once this week - Write a post on the one thing you are most proud of in the gym on your favorite personal social media platform and hashtag #DecHype #MerryFitness

  • (Remember posts are on your page, not the Social Club)

Momentum Builder 2018

Guys there is a lot of awesomeness PACKED into this program - videos, skill sessions, team accountibility, a super special sweat sesh just for you, AND the whole Whole Life Challenge thing. January First Saturday Friend Fest

Is happening on Saturday January 6th at 9am and 11am. The 11am will also be the first Sweat Sesh for all our Momentum Builder participants.

Hold Policy Update - Each of you should have received an email last week regarding an update to our hold policy and renewal policy. The hold policy will take effect on January 1st, 2018 and is in effect on memberships the began after September 1st, 2017. The updated policy is that a membership hold must be at least 1 month long in one of the following three circumstances 1.) sustained injury or illness with a physician recommendation 2.) maternity leave 3.) military training or deployment. We encourage our athletes to stay committed to their fitness while on vacation and are here to help before and after so that you can do just that.
