Lead with love. In Chris Stapleton's hit song Millionaire, he says:
" They say Love is more precious than gold Can't be bought and it can't be sold I got love enough to spare That makes me a millionaire "
In daily interactions, focus on loving and respecting the people around you simply because they are human like you. Start there. See if that simple act changes your perspective. This is not easy. Some people are not easy to love. But once you find it, your relationship forever changes. The man that leads with love becomes rich in happiness. There is no wealth in the world greater than love.

FRIDAY NIGHT LIGHTS
Our first of 5 Friday Night Light events is only 11 days away. Regardless of your fitness level, participating in this event is a highlight of everyone's year! It's the place to sweat with friends and really test your what you've got. You'll be on one of 4 teams with opportunities all week long to earn points for your team.
Can't make a week? No problem.
Can't go Rx? Modify as needed.
But everyone will be watching me? Yup, and cheering for you too.
I'm not as good as I was last year. You're not gonna get better sitting at home, All the more reason you should work out with your big team.
It's after the T-shirt deadline. Yup. But you can still sign up and be on team (dig a blue shirt out of your closet).

OPEN GYM Announcement
This year for Friday Night Lights (FNL) there will be no scheduled friday classes. We want to see you on Friday night. The evening will be spent doing the Open WOD as a huge group in heats.
As an alternative, there will be an OPEN GYM time from 6am - 12 noon on Fridays and Saturdays from 11am - 2 pm. Open gym will look a little different than regular classes. There will be a coach monitoring, but it is up to YOU to self motivate. The coaching staff will give suggestions and help, but will NOT lead you through your workout or judge you for the Open. We will have a suggested workout on the board, or you can do any WOD missed during the week. This is a great opportunity to practice any skill, do some extra strength work, or just get in some mobility before the evening event.

WEEK 3 Homework: week 3 is about to kick off. Keep up the good work. This weeks focus to to encourage someone else. Be accountable to yourself and another person this week See how that changes your mindset.

Monday- very grippy triplet.
Tuesday- we do a death by cleans and push-ups.
Wednesday- is a med ball inclusive chipper.
Valentine's Day- of course partner WOD with lots of fun elements.
Friday- open WOD 17.1 DB snatch and burpees.
Saturday- A mash up of Jerry and Michael with running, rowing, sit-ups and hip extensions
