Drew's Words of Wisdom:
This video popped up in my email today and it reminded me of a quote from my youth, "time and the tides wait for no man." You can't manage the tides. You can't manage time. They are both constant. You can manage YOUR expectation and priority to maximize the time you have.
Hyperformance PodCast: all episodes are now available on our website under resources, podcast.

Reminder - as we transition some of the space in the gym to a dedicated personal training and consultation area we ask that all athletes place personal belongings in the new bathroom shelves to help make room on the floor. Even if a consultation or session isn't happening at the time you arrive, there may be one scheduled while you are there. Thank you.
