Updated: Mar 6
4th of July! In observance of the holiday on Thursday there will only be one members - only class at 9am.
Drew's Words of Wisdom:
Re-listening to music with a new perspective is one of my most favorite things to do on the whole planet. Take Pink Floyd's Time:
"Ticking away the moments that make up a dull day Fritter and waste the hours in an offhand way. Kicking around on a piece of ground in your home town Waiting for someone or something to show you the way.
Yeah I skipped a verse because I wanted to.
So you run and you run to catch up with the sun but it's sinking Racing around to come up behind you again. The sun is the same in a relative way but you're older, Shorter of breath and one day closer to death."
We do not know the hour of our death. Some people mistake MOVEMENT for PROGRESS. Just because you are HUSTLING (working super long hours) does not mean you are progressing. Do meaningful work that drives your life's needle forward, not just move for movement's sake. Quality always over quantity.
