Here's what you need to know...

We're a fun bunch that come together to burn off steam, laugh, and lift each other up. Relax - it's just a workout.

You'll be exposed to new stuff. But you don't have to try anything you're not ready for. In fact, your coach will have suggestions to modify movements ready to go for you.

Come early - you'll need to fill out a waiver and settle in. That takes about 10 minutes.

You can come to any class time on Friday (even if the person that invited you won't be there at the same time). Class times are 6:15 am, 7:30am, 9:00 am, 11:30 am, 4:30 pm, 5:30 pm, 7:00 pm. We recommend 7:30 am and 11:30 am if prefer smaller class sizes.

Bring the following - water bottle (you can fill up here). Try to avoid large bags, storage space is very limited.

Classes are just one part of what we do. The biggest difference maker is in the personalized strategy and accountability sessions with a professional coach. If you have a great time, you have the chance to set up a free coaching appointment to get you going in the right direction.
