Here's what you need to know...

  • We're a fun bunch that come together to burn off steam, laugh, and lift each other up.  Relax - it's just a workout.

  • You'll be exposed to new stuff.   But you don't have to try anything you're not ready for.  In fact, your coach will have suggestions to modify movements ready to go for you.

  • Come early - you'll need to fill out a waiver and settle in.  That takes about 10 minutes.  

  • You can come to any class time on Friday (even if the person that invited you won't be there at the same time).  Class times are 6:15 am, 7:30am,  9:00 am, 11:30 am, 4:30 pm, 5:30 pm, 7:00 pm.   We recommend 7:30 am and 11:30 am if prefer smaller class sizes. 

  • Bring the following - water bottle (you can fill up here).  Try to avoid large bags, storage space is very limited. 

  • Classes are just one part of what we do.  The biggest difference maker is in the personalized strategy and accountability sessions with a professional coach.   If you have a great time, you have the chance to set up a free coaching appointment to get you going in the right direction. 

  • Feel free to hang around after class to stretch, chat, and hangout.  It's what we like to do!
