WOD- MAP WORK 3 min on 2 min off A & C) Run 100m 5 DB Push Press 5 DB Lunges

B) Ball Shots 1,2,3,4,5,6,7,8,9,10 how far can you get?

If you get all 55 reps you can rest early.
