Low Country Clash

Saturday, August 9th marks the return of our Annual Low Country Clash!

Teams of 4 (MM/FF) will compete in a grid-style competition for a first place cash prize. Registration for a team is $40. Guaranteed five workouts with Bracket Style Finals. All other proceeds go to a local charity (TBA).Â
This event is open to all fitness enthusiasts (Crossfit experience is not necessary). Division is required at registration, however individual teammates may be interchanged as needed up to event day.
Each competitor must print out a waiver, fill it out front and back, and bring it to the event before participating.
