Iso/Stab- 4 way DdBg 45s >> 15s of a home position hold x 4 rounds
Gym- elevated push ups NOT on RINGS 3 x max set
Strength-Bench Press 3 warm-up sets, then 3 @ 65%, 3@ 70%, and max reps @ 82.5%
Skill Transfer- snatch grip push press 3 x 5
Shoulder to over head (155/105 max)
