Iso/Stab- Wide Stance Banded Good Mornings 3 x 10

Gym- 3 x Max strict pull-ups or work up to a 3RM weighted pull-up

Strength- Deadlift 5 @ 35%, 5 @ 45%, 5 @ 55%

Skill Transfer- 2 RM Jerk

WOD: 4 Rounds

5 Deadlifts (light and fast around that 35-45% range)

5 Barbell Rows (what you DL)

Run 100m

7 Weighted Sit-ups (with a DB)

7 Plyo Push-ups

Run 100m
