Have you ordered your new CFHP shirt yet?
Iso/Stab- none (we will put trunk work in the WOD)
Gym- Ring Row 3 x max reps feet on the ground
Strength- Back Squat 10-10-10 (maybe 2 warm-up sets and then go for it)
Skill Transfer- work up to a heavy strict press cluster 2.2.2.2 (each . is a 3 sec pause) 4-5 total sets here
WOD-10 min AMRAP
10 DB Push Press
20 Double Unders (40 singles)
10 V-ups
Cash out: WOD #1 for the clash (shoulder to overhead )
