Iso/Stab- Ipsilateral DeadBugs 3 x 1 min
Gym- None
Strength- Snatch Grip Deadlift 5-5-5 (maybe 2 warm-up sets and then go for it)
Skill Transfer- Power snatch complex (power snatch x 2, BTN push press x 2, OHS x 2) for 5 total sets
WOD-
10 min AMRAP
Run 150m (rain is possible for today)
5 OHS (must be able to get it off the ground)
5 HSPU
Cash out- WOD #2 for the clash
