Iso/Stab- L-sit (scale is lower case K)on something stable cumulative 2 min hold
Gym- None
Strength- Bench Press 10-10-10 (maybe 2 warm-up sets and then go for it)
Skill Transfer-- Work up to a heavy complex of Power Clean, Power Clean+ Front Squat, Full Clean **ideally touch and go, but minimal reset is okay
WOD-
5 Rounds
5 Power Cleans
10 Ring Dips (or 5 muscle-ups)
20 Sit-ups
Cash out- WOD #5 for the Clash
