Food As Fuel Seminar - Saturday September 6th, 10am. Free for members and WBBC - $30 for general public.
Labor Day is Monday September 1st. Competitor class will be held at 7:00am. All levels class will be held at 9:00am. The gym will be closed the rest of the day.
KIDS Classes - are now Wed at 3:30 (kids can arrive up to 3:45) and Saturdays at 10:15!
Test Subjects needed. IF you've been crossfitting 3 months or less we need your help. Our Instructor Training Program is wrapping up next week and our soon-to-be instructors will have their final evaluation. You'll learn more about movements you see everyday in class while giving our ITP class a chance to hone their skills. Test subjects are needed for Tuesday and Wednesday Aug 26th and Aug 27th from 7:30 - 9:00pm. Contact Jen.
New shirts will be available at the box next week if you missed your chance to order online. Supplies are limited, cost is $25.
Reminder - contact your primary coach to set up your quarterly goal check-in. Worksheets will be put out this week in the athlete lounge.
Programming this week - You'll see the tempo lifts continue as we work on "training the X" (accelerating the bar) to develop speed and power. Weights are not max loads, but loads that you can move with max power.
