Workout of the Day August 18, 2014


Iso/Stab: 3 rounds 1 min contralateral deadbugs

Gym: none

Strength: Back Squat 3-3-3-3-3 @ 30X1 work on slow descent and then explode up

Skill/Oly: 3 Position Power Clean (Hip, Knee, Shin = 1 rep) Take 12 min to work up to a heavy rep

WOD: (10 min)

Take 60% of your heaviest rep from the 3 position and perform a Power Clean and Overhead ladder.

Min 1= 1 rep, min 2= 2 reps all the way to 10. If you fail at any minute, perform the rest of the workout with burpees instead of Cleans.
