Week Of August 24th
CFHP will be closed this Wednesday afternoon in observance of the life and memory of fellow Crossfitter and friend Tod Heil. Memorial service will be held Wednesday from 2-4, therefore there will be NO 4:30 Class Wednesday.
For those who have had the honor of serving with, working beside, and being uplifted by Tod in our Crossfit community we will dedicate Thursday's workout to him. No single workout can do justice to this task, but we will do our best to honor him with sweat and grit. Athletes, please invite Hyperformance alumni that you have contact with to join us Thursday. Class times Thursday for everyone will be 6:30a, 7:30a, 11:30a, 12:30p, 4:30p, 5:30p, 6:30p.
UPCOMING Dates To Note
Monday September 1st Labor Day. Competitors class will be held at 7am, All Levels Class will be held at 9am. CFHP will be closed the remainder of the day.
Sat Aug 30th - Row Row Skill Clinic at 10am.
Sat Sept 6th - Food As Fuel Seminar 10am.
Sat Sept 27th - World's Best Boot Camp Graduation Day (All Levels Class at 8am, instead of 9am).
Test subjects needed! If you can help out with either Tuesday night or Wednesday night 7:30 - 9:00, please email Jen. The newer to crossfit the better. Our Instructor Training Program Class will be practicing teaching live subjects and getting feedback on their coaching performance and test subject are critical to their success!
RISE OF THE SOUTH is around the corner. This two day competition in Statesboro is a major event this time of year. CFHP will have individuals, scaled teams, and Rx teams representing! Come watch and cheer and hang out with crew on September 13th and 14th.
Retail Clipboard - some of you have are doctors but that's no excuse for crappy handwriting. Please do us a favor and be sure to write legibly. Also remember so items come in various sizes (SFH packets vs. bags, Spark packets, boxes, and canisters) so be sure to indicate the size.
NEW Retail Policy - If your order for the week is less than $10 we will add that total to your next autopay.
Reminders - How to use your primary coach...appointments work best so we can focus on you.
Skill Sesh - 10-15 minutes, monthly, included in your membership.
Baseline recheck - 30 minutes, quarterly, included in your membership. Measure %body fat, review fundamental movements, and re-measure baseline workout.
Goal Appointment - 45 minutes, quarterly, included in your membership. Inventory all things crossfit and lifestyle/nutrition to keep you on track for hitting your goals and seeing results. Please turn in quarterly assessment 24 hours prior to appointment.
Personal Training - as needed for personal programming or help on complex movement. See website for rates.
