Warm-up- make sure to include the movements from FGB in some way
Strength- Back Squat 1-1-1-1-1 @ 31x1 (because of the pause this should be substantially lower than a true 1RM.

WOD-Fight Gone Bad
3 Rounds 1 min of work for max reps at each station followed by 1 min of rest
