UPCOMING Dates To Note

  • Sat Sept 6th - Food As Fuel Seminar 10am.

  • Sat Sept 20th - PreGame Paleo Tailgate Party (and recipe swap) 10am. Bring a dish w/ copies of recipe to share. This is a follow up to the food as food seminar Sept 6th. Come learn how to nourish your body and fuel your wod, then get ideas to put it into practice on the 20th!

  • Sat Sept 27th - World's Best Boot Camp Graduation Day (All Levels Class at 8am, instead of 9am).

More Test subjects needed! Thank you to Janna, Israel, Bill, Emily, and Corinne for generously giving their time this past Tuesday to give our Instructors in Training some hands on practice. We will be doing another round of practice NEXT TUESDAY Aug 12th 7:30 - 9:00pm and need more test subjects. Please email jen@crossfithp.com if you can help.

  • RISE OF THE SOUTH is around the corner. This two day competition in Statesboro is a major event this time of year. CFHP will have individuals, scaled teams, and Rx teams representing! Come watch and cheer and hang out with crew on September 13th and 14th at Crossfit Boro.

  • NEW Retail Policy - If your the total of your retail order for the week is less than $10 we will add that total to your next autopay.

  • NEW Payment Policy. ACH payments are now our preferred method of payment for memberships and retail items. Switching to ACH is as easy as filling out the below form and bringing with you to class (blank forms also available at the gym). After September 30th, memberships not paid via ACH will incur a $5 processing fee. Please be assured all information is kept secure.

This week's programming

Look for some lighter weights on the strength movements as we deload and focus on range of motion. We are testing 1 RM Oly movements mid-week (let's get that PR bell ringing!).

Remember come to class early to sign in and mobilize. Our coaches would be happy to make mobility suggestions before class.
