Strength- Front Squat 3 x 5 (about 70%)

Skill Transfer/Olympic-

EMOM for 5 min clean x 2 @70%

EMOM for 5 min clean x 2 @80%

WOD-

Partner Relay (15 ish minutes)

5 HSPU

3 TTB

1 Power Clean (team choice of weight upwards of 80%)
