Iso/Stab- Use the shoulder recovery protocol post workout (child’s pose, moose antler, downward dog)
Gymnastics- 3 Sets max weighted push-ups to a 31x1 tempo. Guys use 45. Girls use 25.
Strength- Push Press 3 RM
