I want to take a minute and brag on Dan B.  I got the pleasure of coaching him yesterday.  Dan is really developing into a fantastic athlete.  He had some of the best deadlifts of the day.  His positive attitude and smile is contagious.  Thanks for the great class Dan.

Warm-up-

Iso/Stab-

Gymnastics- 

Strength- Front squat 3-3-3-3 (sets start at 87.5%)

Skill Transfer/Olympic-  

 

WOD:

5 Rounds

3 Front Squats (60% of your last weight in the MOD)

150 m row/ or a 30 sec hard airdyne

Rest 2 min between rounds
