Get ready for some tempo work this week on the slow lifts along with some oly complexes to keep the the movement patterns fresh. The benefit of tempo work is that you strengthen key positions and also fix some movement dysfunction. Keep an eye out for one of our favorite benchmarks this week - Diane!
