Travel WOD: Today get warmed up (making sure to get those achilles and hammys fired up). Run a 1.5miles as fast as you possibly can. Every minute stop and perform 10 lunge jumps.
Wednesday- NO 530pm or 630PM
Strength: 5 x 5 CAT Bench Press @ 70%
Skill/Oly: OHS 3 RM
Row 400m/ or run if it is nice outside
