WOD Post Turkey Day

Travel WOD- 3 Rounds Run 400m, 15 Walking Lunges, 15 Push-ups, 15 Sit-ups. Go as fast as you can each round and then rest 2 min before starting the next round.

Friday-

Turkey Hangover Day ONLY ONE CLASS Today 8AM

Partner Relay-

30 min AMRAP (one partner works at a time)

5 Push Press

10 Sit-ups

15 Air Squats or 5 weighted back squats
